COMMUNITY LIVING CAMP DAY 2

 The second day of community living camp starts at 9 30 am section was on the topic  life style disease class was taken by  Dr Smith Kumar. Areekkal ayurveda hospital Nellikunnnam .  The section was effective talks about the diesase like trivial illness like dandruff migraine etc . Food consumption time and need of avoiding unnecessary food timing to followed for consuming food . 

After the section from 1130 onwards cultural programs started there I performed solo and group dance  and skit there other performance like by students like dance songs group songs,recitation, solo  its was great experience for students
